Gentle, nurturing guidance, & practical support from an experienced Midwife in those early days and weeks when you need it the most

3 Step Rewind is a gentle approach to help you process a previous difficult or traumatic birth or perinatal experience. Helping you to move forward feeling lighter, calmer, and more emotionally balanced.

I'm a midwife, mum, and Hypnobirthing instructor dedicated to helping you prepare intentionally for your birth, to feel calm, confident and to experience the powerful transformation that birth should be.
I created Balancing Birth to offer a different kind of preparation - one that supports both your body and your mind. I’ll guide you with practical tools, gentle movement, and expert knowledge so you can feel calm, confident, and ready for birth.

HOW BODY BALANCING CAN SUPPORT A MORE COMFORTABLE PREGNANCY AND AN EASIER BRTH.
Your body has an incredible ability to birth, but in today’s world, our bodies often need a little extra support to function at their best for birth.
Birth is a physical process, and just like training for any other physical challenge, preparing your body can help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident.
Your pelvis is an important part of birth, but it doesn't work in isolation. Your posture, alignment, muscle balance, and everyday movement patterns all influence your comfort in pregnancy, your baby's position, and how easily your baby can move through the pelvis.
Through targeted movement and body balancing (birth biomechanics), you can support your body's natural design and create the optimal conditions for birth, which can lead to a smoother, more comfortable birth, with fewer interventions.
At Balancing Birth, I use these techniques alongside my midwifery expertise to help you prepare your body and mind for a more positive birth experience.
