How can aromatherapy actually help me?

Essential oils have may uses and applications for pregnancy and birth. They are fantastic to use to help you relax and gently encourage labour, during those early stages to help you manage labour at home for longer - or if you're staying at home to have your baby. They can help reduce the need for other pain relief methods, and can support a calm and relaxed atmosphere. They can give you a boost just when you need it most, or help with mindset in order to navigate any changes to your expected journey through birth.

Essential oils are also useful for symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, headaches and congestion.

Workshops take place Sunday mornings 9.30-11.30am at Maxwell Community Centre, Borehamwood.
