Powerful, practical techniques to level up your birth

 Work with your birth partner to learn and practice useful techniques to use in the lead up to birth, and during labour (if needed), which will support your physiology and may help avoid medicalisation and interventions during your birth.

What you get...

welcomingfun and interactive 3 hour workshop for you and your birth partner.

Feel confident and empowered going into birth, knowing how to work with your body to optimise your birth biomechanics. 

​

Learn how to support your physiology for birth, through balance, gravity and movement, following the

principles of birth biomechanics.

​

You and your birth partner will prepare as a team - building your confidence and connection.

​

Jam packed with practical techniques to fill your birthing toolkit to help you through every stage of labour.

​

An expert facilitator who will guide you and answer any questions throughout the session.

​

Light refreshments provided. 

​

Foundations of birth biomechanics video will be provided to watch before the workshop so you can get the most out of the learning on the day. 

​

A firm inflated Birthing Ball (anti-burst 65cm*) are required for the workshop - as well as for you to practice what you have learnt at home.

If you do not have a birthing ball, they are available to buy when signing up for the workshop.
