Pregnancy Exercise & Relaxation Classes for a Confident Birth

Indulge yourself in your weekly nurturing pregnancy bubble!  

supporting and empowering  you, whilst you prepare and balance your body for pregnancy and birth.  

What you get...

A unique course is designed to prepare your body for birth through, balance, gravity and movement, following the principles of birth biomechanics

 

Welcoming, fun and informative course.

 

Connect with other pregnant mums in a supportive community.

This 90 minute class includes your pregnancy exercise session, guided by midwife and expert in preparing your body for birth, followed by a beautiful, calming pregnancy relaxation.  

​

Six week rolling course that can be repeated throughout your pregnancy as many times as you want.

You can attend as early as 12 weeks and continue right up until your baby arrives.

The earlier in pregnancy you start practicing these movements and techniques the more you will benefit.

​

The course covers Five Essentials of birthing body preparation - upper body mobility, the core, the pelvis, the pelvic floor, & Movement patterns. These all work together to create pregnancy comfort, space for baby, & birth ease.

​

Foundations of birth biomechanics video will be provided that you will need to watch before your first class so you can get the most out of your sessions. 

​

A firm inflated Birthing Ball (anti-burst 65cm*) are required for all sessions.

​

(If you do not have a birthing ball, they are available to buy when signing up for the course. This will be ready and inflated for you at your first session.)

 

£25 per class
